Tabitha D. Speaight, Lisenced Massage Therapist, graduated from the Dayton School of Medical Massage on December 17th 2008, After which I have continued to attend CE classes such as John F. Barns, PT Myofascial Release 1 & 2, Myofascial Unwinding, Fascial Pelvis, and Cervical-Thorasic, as well as many other seminars provided by other individuals.

My journey into massage therapy began at the age of 7. My grandmother was living with my family at the time and had sever back pain. She would ask my mom and myself to rub her back everyday. Whenever, we would do this for her, she was so very grateful for the extra comfort. At this same time my grandmother also had a home healthcare aid coming to the house a few days a week. One day this aid asked me to rub her shoulders before she left and she would pay me $0.50. This became our normal routine when she came to visit my grandmother. At some point during our arrangement she said to me, "Tabitha you are so good at this, you should do this for a living". 

When I was in College was when I decided on my ideal business moto, Helping to Balance Mind Body and Spirit. My understanding of this moto has changed over the years. I now understand the human body has its very own system of intellegance which if allowed to do so will work very hard to heal itself. First however, we have to get out of our own way. After this realization I have come to a new moto, Awaken the Healer Within.
